Our approach
Where it hurts isn't where it starts
The low back is often the site of your pain, not the source of it. When the hips lose rotation, when the glutes are weak or guarded, or when the pelvis tilts too far forward or back, the lumbar spine absorbs load it was never built to carry. That’s why treating only the sore muscles gives short-lived relief and the pain returns within weeks. A common pattern — shortened hip flexors paired with weak abdominals and glutes — quietly overloads the spine every time you stand, walk, or lift. Lasting change comes from restoring how the hips, pelvis, and trunk share the work, not from chasing the ache.
